I am offering rooms for rent in a private shared housing flat with a youthful vibe, perfectly situated (close to the metro, RER, motorway, and train stations). The flat includes an equipped kitchen, a shared living room that is occupied occasionally, and a shared bathroom. TV, Wi-Fi, heating, and utility bills are included. You will also find a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Students, LGBT individuals, or couples are welcome. The living room is occupied by me when I am in Paris. Everything is available for use. Ideal for a quiet person. No pets, no smoking indoors, shoes to be left at the entrance. Regular full cleaning is mandatory, and equipment must be left clean for the rest of the household. No noise, no disturbance... just pure enjoyment!
