Discreet ACCESS to the hosts' kitchen: sink, fridge, freezer, induction hob, for quick cooking & washing up. (Shared W.C.). Key handover + security deposit: receipt to be signed respectively + copy of ID. Popular traditional neighbourhood: “Les Pentes” in the 1st district, gardens, shops, terraces, cobbled streets... LOW RENT. Housekeeping of the rented space must be maintained. Close to “Place des Terreaux”, bus & metro lines at “Hôtel de ville”, LYON CENTRE. PEDESTRIAN AREA / No garage. An excellent value for money in a truly unique location nestled between Croix-Rousse and its slopes. Quiet, especially at night, despite the fantastic opportunities it offers at a very short distance. Anne and Yann were there when I needed them, even before I needed them a few times, without meaning we had daily contact. Cleanliness and hygiene are undoubtedly important to them. This, of course, requires everyone's cooperation. I repeat: an excellent deal in an outstanding place.
