Very large room located in the basement, equipped with a double bed, a desk and storage. Although the ceiling is less than 6 feet high, this space remains comfortable and bright.
Share life with a happy family composed of myself, a forty-something in the education sector, my 7-year-old child, and our two adorable cats, Nanic and Lili.
We share access to the living room, kitchen, bathroom and backyard. We also help each other with the maintenance of the apartment. If you have experience with children, it might be interesting to discuss an exchange. We like to get to know our roommate and share certain moments, such as dinners or board games.
The La Petite-Patrie neighborhood is very convenient: a grocery store is only a five-minute walk away, and you will also have a bakery and several shops nearby. In addition, the Fabre (blue line) and Beaubien metro stations are nearby.
