Very well-equipped room in an apartment on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel. Private balcony with a view of the town and a shared balcony offering an incredible view of the lake and mountains. The bathroom and WC are shared, as are the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The household consists of myself, a 17-year-old, and a very friendly dog. Located near the motorway entrance and a bus stop. Very close to shops, the university, CPNE, schools, and the train station.
