Large room to rent (Neuilly-Sur-Marne - 93330)

In a 3-bedroom flat, with 3 rooms already occupied by flatmates, I am renting out the final furnished room of 18m2.

The rent is £400 per month (includes internet, water, electricity, and gas).

The bathroom, kitchen, and toilet are equipped with the essentials and must be shared with the other flatmates.

I do not require a guarantor or a security deposit, but I insist that the rent be paid on the 1st of the month. In the event of any payment issues, you must vacate the room within 5 days.

No housing benefit (APL) accepted.

Desired profile: preferably 1 man in employment (fixed-term, permanent contract, or agency work).
I will require a copy of your ID, employment contract, and most recent payslip.

Move-in possible immediately, with pro-rata payment if the month has already started.
