• The location: 5 minutes to downtown, 5 minutes to SAIT, 10 minutes bus ride to the UofC, buses stop at Campus and University train station. Unlimited street parking. Lots of bike baths. Old neighbourhood.
• The house: Large bungalow with wraparound deck and bbq. Absolutely clean and quiet. No pets in the house. Situated by a large park. accommodation.
• The Room: Private, large and bright with high-quality furniture: queen size bed, brand new, high quality mattress, beside table (s), dresser, computer desk/chair, plus a decent size walk-in closet.
• Bathroom: Large, clean, deluxe shower. Shred with one person, but lots of space.
• Me: Full time working professional, enjoy the outdoors, cycling, hiking. Social and outgoing but with a strong sense of privacy, mine and of those around me. Prefer to be around people who have a good vibe.
