This place is perfect for a single person seeking great comfort and absolute tranquility, ideal for working, creating, or simply relaxing. The remarkably spacious bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed. It features a private bathroom and separate toilet, complemented by access to a 'Tropezian' terrace offering breathtaking views. However, it is designed to accommodate only one person, similar to the two other neighbouring bedrooms. Our policy is to house only one tenant per room to preserve the peacefulness of all residents. The tenant benefits from access to generous spaces including a cosy living room, a conservatory surrounded by numerous green plants, a piano, a room dedicated to relaxation or work, as well as a kitchenette. These spaces may be shared with the hosts.
