Large apartment renovated in 2023 The apartment consists of an entrance hall, living room opening onto the loggia, fitted and fully equipped kitchen (dishes, appliances...). Corridor leading to five bedrooms, bathroom, 2 toilets, shower room. Storage in the entrance. Storage room with washing machine and dryer. Each bedroom consists of: a double dressing room, a desk or an order. Bed linen and towels provided. The apartment was completely renovated and equipped in January 2023. The apartment is located rue vermandois in octeville near the bus lines (lines 1, N2, B, SCO1 and 6) and 15 minutes walk from the city center. Ideally located: near IUT/IFSI/Lycée Tocqueville, 800 meters from my Cherbourg station, close to shops. Rent of /month 350 + 30/month of charges (including: insurance, household waste tax, water, electricity, fiber internet) Parking spaces in the residence. Caretaker available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
