Description
A large 25 m² furnished room is available in our restored 1910 town house, located in the centre of Arlon. Ideal for an internship, a work placement, or the start of a contract in the Grand Duchy, this rental allows you to stay on the Belgian side, close to the train station. Everything is included: utility bills (water, energy), Wi-Fi, bed sheets and towels. The room is equipped with a 160 cm bed and a workspace. The bathroom is shared with another room, if it is let, and includes a double sink, a shower, a bathtub and a toilet. You will have access to the kitchen and the laundry room. For parking, free parking is available a 3-minute walk away, or you can use the blue zone on the street (parking disc, 3 hours). Shops and restaurants are within walking distance in the quiet Saint-Martin church area. During the week, the house is quiet: my four children, who are students or young professionals, only return on certain weekends and holidays.
