For rent, in a neighbourhood situated between the town and the countryside, a beautiful and spacious 34 m² homestay room including an open-plan kitchen with a hob and microwave, a bathroom with a sink, bathtub, and toilet, a relaxation area with a TV, and a sleeping area with storage cupboards. There is therefore no space to share, apart from the entrance through our house, as the room has the functionality of a self-contained flat. It is a non-smoking property.
It is an ideal location, due to its situation and tranquillity, for studying or for someone travelling for work. Geographically, we are located near a Super U and a Carrefour Market, 1 km from the town centre and 2 km from Juziers train station. The countryside is right behind our house.
We would like to specify that, as we have children, we will prioritise a female tenant.
