For rent, in an area located between town and countryside, a beautiful and spacious 34m2 private room including an open kitchen with hotplates and microwave, a bathroom with sink, bathtub and WC, a relaxation area with TV, and finally a bedroom area with storage cupboard. There is therefore no space to share, apart from the passage in our house, the bedroom having the functionality of an apartment. She is also a non-smoker.
It is an ideal place, due to its location and calm, for studying or for someone traveling. Geographically, we are located 500 meters from a Super U and a Carrefour Market, 1 km from the city center and 2 km from Juziers train station… and the countryside is behind us.
We would also like to point out that having children, we will favor a woman. We stick to the term “room” because this space is located in our house, and therefore do not allow visitors.
