Quiet and sunny room located on the first floor of our family home. It is comfortably furnished with a single bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, and a desk. A shared bathroom and toilet are also located on the same floor. Wi-Fi is available. For preparing light meals, a space equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and kettle is available. Our family consists of three members who are often at home: Guillaume, 59, a property manager; Marie-Caroline, 58, a teacher; and Joséphine, 17, a senior in high school. We also live with Pepper, a very affectionate 6-year-old dachshund. Free parking is available nearby. The Chaville-Vélizy (RER C) and Chaville Rive Droite (Line N) train stations provide quick access to Paris and Versailles. Numerous buses also serve Vélizy and Versailles. A market takes place three times a week, and the proximity of the Meudon forest will delight nature lovers.

Utilities are not included; I calculate the actual cost (as best as possible) because it's cheaper than applying a flat rate. House in a quiet subdivision, 16 m² bedroom on the 1st floor. The bathroom is shared with me for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights "only." Few electromagnetic fields in this house. Ethernet cable provided on the bedroom desk. If necessary, I show the tenant how to activate the Wi-Fi on the router. When the tenant goes to bed, they are asked to put their mobile phone in airplane mode and turn off the Wi-Fi if it is activated :) 2 tenants (non-smokers) in this house.
