This well-located room is completely independent, comfortable, beautiful, and well-lit thanks to its large windows. It features several amenities: a separate entrance, a small refrigerator, a sink, a reading and work area, and a television with basic cable. For optimal comfort, the room is equipped with an air exchanger that cools or heats depending on the season. You can also control your own electric thermostat for heating. The house is carpet-free and benefits from healthy air.
