Large comfortable apartment
The apartment is located on the garden level of a 2-storey house, with an area of approximately 90 m2. It is well appointed to accommodate between 4 and 6 people. Animals are also accepted provided they respect the rules of hygiene and cleanliness. The bedding, furniture and equipment in general are of good quality.
The accommodation is very clean and healthy, a large terrace and a garden allow you to enjoy the outdoors and have your meals there. Quiet neighborhood nearby, place closed by a gate with parking space.
Vehicle recommended for getting around, less than 3 minutes from all amenities, 10 minutes from Nice, 15 minutes from Monaco by motorway. The motorway entrance is close, which is very convenient but causes traffic noise.

Nice room in a bohemian house in Villeneuve-Loubet, inhabited by the host and located in a secure residence (night watchman and gate code). There are many shops and restaurants nearby (Polygone Riviera) and a weekly market in the old village 900 m away. A bus connects the residence to the SNCF train station (3 km) and to the city of Nice (15 km). Nice walks in nature and along the river at the bottom of the residence. Important detail: 6 cats live discreetly in the house, so the tenant must not be allergic to animals or possible cat hair! Small detail that does not appear in the list of supplies provided in the room: there is a refrigerator (which does not make noise), a TV and a coffee machine and an electric kettle for breakfast. Non-smokers preferred because I am a non-smoker myself.
