I am offering for rent a spacious and bright ground floor, located in a quiet environment, ideal for a single person looking for peace and comfort. This accommodation, located on my ground floor, is composed of:
• A large equipped kitchen of 34 m², spacious and ideal for preparing your meals in a pleasant setting with a dining area.
• A bathroom of 4.74 m², including a shower, a sink and a toilet. Although the bathroom is a little aging, it is completely functional.
• A small practical hallway for storage.
• Access to an outdoor green space to enjoy moments of relaxation in the open air.
I prefer to offer this rental to a single person, whether a single lady, a young girl or a retired lady, while respecting the conviviality and tranquility of each person.
