The accommodation is approximately 7 minutes from the train station, which itself is one stop from Nanterre Université and approximately 13 minutes from Saint Lazare station. The T2 tram stop is a 10-minute walk away, providing access to La Défense in 6 to 7 minutes. A small Carrefour and a bakery are located across the street. The room offers a separate space with a shared entrance. Residents have direct access to the garden and can use the bathroom as well as the dining area equipped with a fridge, microwave, and kettle. A space is available for a bicycle.
