Furnished and independent cottage located in a quiet area, in the middle of a large garden. It has a kitchenette, a bathroom, and parking on the property. I live nearby, although it is not my primary residence. I am looking for someone capable of looking after the premises during my absence, for a maximum period of six months, by ensuring that everything is in order and taking care of feeding two stray cats. It is possible to negotiate a reduction in the rent in exchange for services. The rental is not open to persons under 21 years of age.
