There is a toilet on the floor. Clean and quiet space. Please note: access to the room is via an old and narrow staircase, which is not suitable for people with limited mobility, people of larger build, or those with bulky suitcases. Shared areas: kitchen, bathroom, dining room, garden, pergola. Parking space available. Included in the utilities: heating, electricity, water, internet. Cleaning of the private area you are renting is your responsibility. You can park your vehicle. Quiet environment, 7 minutes by car from Breteuil-sur-Iton and local shops (supermarket, petrol station, post office). 12 minutes from Verneuil-d'Avre-et-d'Iton train station.
