A very quiet home, occupied by myself, my partner and our two cats. We are looking for a professional working during the week or an apprentice. I am offering the guest room to someone who is animal-friendly. Located a 10-minute walk from Les Aubrais station and with the tram at the end of the street, it is an ideal spot to easily reach the centre of Orléans while enjoying a spacious, quiet home and a 30 m² terrace with no overlooking neighbours. If you love felines, you will be in paradise! I provide towels and bed sheets.
