Tiene una cama-doble, un armario, y un escritorio. Ponemos a disposición toallas y sábanas. Tenemos Wifi. No está permitido llevar alguien a dormir. El alquiler es para una persona. La limpieza del piso se hace una vez por semana. Hay que dejar la señora de la limpieza acceder a todas las zonas (privadas y compartidas). La cocina, el comedor y el balcón están compartidos. No está autorizado fumar dentro del piso. Se pide usar el agua con responsabilidad y hacer el recyclage de los residuos.
