- On foot:
- Tram: line 2 at 4 minutes, line 3 at 13 minutes
- Bus: 12, 23, C2 at 5 minutes, C6 at 8 minutes
- Intermarché express at 10 minutes
- Near the banks of the Erdre, in particular the island of Versailles
- 10 minutes by tram from the city center, 20 minutes on foot or 6 minutes by bike
- Rent including charges (+ free wifi)

Description of the accommodation:

The shared accommodation is an apartment on the first floor of a three-unit condominium (there is no elevator). It measures 71m² and includes 2 bedrooms, a living room with an open kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a garden shared with the neighbors (I will try to install a composter there) and a garage.
