The HUELGOAT room is located upstairs, garden side. It is furnished with a double bed (140 cm), a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a sofa, an armchair, a chair, and a computer desk.
Shared with the tenant of the Kenya room, you will have access to a bathroom with a sink, bathtub/shower, and toilet.
On the ground floor, the kitchen and dining room are shared. The living room is private.
On the street side, there is a terrace with garden furniture, and at the rear of the house, a wooded area with a table and chairs. Parking is available in the courtyard.
The house is located next to a wooded park and a promenade along the Scorff River. The town center is a 10-minute walk away. Nearby, you will find several bus lines, a small shopping center, and a Lidl supermarket.
Note: The floorboards creak a little.
