South-east facing bedroom on the ground floor, in a family home located in the village of Basse-Nendaz, at an altitude of 1000 metres in Central Valais. Pleasant room of approximately 16 m², partially wood-panelled, equipped with a bunk bed, a table and a large shelf. There is a large wardrobe available nearby if needed. Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and washing machine access. Parking space available. Shared kitchen for meals and preparation, with personal storage space. Fridge and freezer. The bathroom and shower are separate and may be shared with another tenant. Terrace and garden accessible during the warmer months. Terms: non-smoking house (including out of the window). Please respect the quiet and cleanliness of the home. No guests. No parties. Indoor footwear requested.
