This south-east facing bedroom is located on the ground floor of a family home in the heart of Basse-Nendaz, a charming mountain village at an altitude of 1000m in central Valais. The bedroom is approximately 16 m² and features a bunk bed. Wi-Fi is included, and a parking space is available. You will have access to the laundry room. The kitchen-living area is shared for meals and food preparation. Personal storage space, a fridge, and a freezer are provided. The terrace and garden are accessible during the warmer months. Bathroom and shower are separate and shared with any other potential tenant. Located 5 minutes from public transport (Sion - Haute-Nendaz line) and 15 minutes from the 4 Vallées ski slopes. Close to the town of Sion and Alaïa Bay, a surfing pool. A bakery, tea room, and grocery store are a 5-minute walk away. Conditions: non-smoking house (including at the windows).
