I am offering a room in my 160 m² house, located in Saint-Victor-la-Coste. The house, renovated in 2017, features large shared spaces and a 1,200 m² wooded garden.
The room also benefits from a private, south-facing terrace. It is offered as part of a shared housing arrangement. I am 38 and a chef. I work a lot, so the house is generally quiet and not very busy. My two children, aged 5 and 6, are here every other week. A cat also lives in the house.
