Gérard Roy est très amical et accueillant. La chambre est un peu bruyante car côté rue mais sinon l'espace de rangement est top si on a beaucoup d'affaires à emmener. La salle de bain attenante est un plus.
J'ai passé un super séjour chez Gérard ! Je me suis tout de suite senti en confiance grâce à son accueil. Gérard est super gentil : une ambiance au top dans la maison. Je n'aurais pas pu trouvé une meilleure location pour mes 5 semaines sur Rezé !
Gérard est l'une des personnes les plus gentilles que j'ai rencontrées. Il était très ouvert et sympathique. La chambre, la douche et la cuisine étaient en bon état. Très soigné et bien rangé. Son logement m'a beaucoup aidé pendant que je cherchais un logement plus permanent, je ne le remercierai jamais assez.
Gérard est sérieux, bon vivant ; il est toujours là pour arranger le locataire. Je vous le recommande pleinement et en toute confiance sans hésiter.
