We are offering a room for rent in a shared house. It's a beautiful, old 18th-century house spanning 230 m². The room is located on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, featuring a piano and a large fireplace.We live as a family, with my husband, our two daughters aged 17 and 18, and some cats. Our home is very welcoming, friendly, and open. You will feel at home here. We host simply, in a relaxed, open-minded atmosphere, with a focus on world cultures.The house is located in a co-ownership property with a swimming pool, a tennis court (we can lend rackets), and bicycles are also available. The village of Saint-Chamas is charming, with shops, a fishing port, and a marina. We are a 10-minute walk from the village centre.Saint-Chamas SNCF train station is a 5-minute walk away. Marseille is 35 minutes by train, the airport is 20 minutes, and Arles is 30 minutes.
