Hello, room to rent in a homestay in a house occupied by the host. I have been renting out a room in my house since 2010! So I have plenty of experience with shared housing. I now have three rooms available to rent. I prefer to host students, but I consider all enquiries. Apprentices are also welcome. The house is located in Lagord, a town adjacent to La Rochelle. The city centre is accessible in 15 minutes by bike or bus (Illico 3 and 12 buses, and self-service bikes nearby). CESI and the CFA are less than a 10-minute walk away. I value a face-to-face conversation and, if possible, a viewing before accepting a booking request. I look forward to welcoming you, Pascale.
