I am offering a room with a 140cm bed, desk, and wardrobe for one person in my flat, located 50m from the lovely port of Cubzac-les-Ponts. You will have access to the living room and kitchen; the bathroom/WC is shared with me. The flat has a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and reversible air conditioning. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, with a 20-minute journey to Bordeaux. The A10 motorway is 1km away. Bordeaux city centre can be reached in 30 minutes by car. The rental is available on a weekly or monthly basis. I live on-site and am renting out my daughter's room, who has left for Australia. Loulou is the house cat and very much part of the home.
