I am looking for a cheerful female flatmate, either a student or a young professional, to join my shared housing located less than a two-minute walk from Avon station, in a fully renovated detached house. About me: I am a 22-year-old graphic design student with a passion for art, music, nature, and sports. I love cats, and Neptune, my cat, is part of the household. From time to time, my boyfriend and his 8-year-old daughter are here. Your room: A large, bright 20 m² room on the first floor, equipped with a double bed (new bedding), a walk-in wardrobe, a desk, a television, and storage space. Common areas: A large open-plan 45 m² space including a fitted kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven), a living room (large television), and a dining room with a pellet stove, to be shared in a kind and respectful manner, keeping in mind each other's living and work schedules. Exterior: A large 700 m² garden with a vegetable patch and a terrace.
