My 40 year old son lives there and there is another room for rent or let.
Located 7 minutes from the Saint Martin tramway or the Rauze line 4 (between the center and the south of Montpellier), 10 minutes from the center and Port Marianne and 15 minutes from the sea by car.
You will have a 1 bed (140cm), sheets and duvet, a wardrobe, a desk and WiFi access. No living room, but you can enjoy the kitchen to eat and access to the bathroom and toilet.
Electricity, gas, WiFi, water, and tourist taxes are included in the price.
Don't forget the cash deposit to be paid on site or by check which I do not cash.
Pets not allowed.
