Homestay: Room and bathroom for a female student (Les Ulis - 91940)

Utilities are not included; I charge based on actual usage (where possible) as it works out cheaper than a fixed fee. House in a quiet residential area, with a 12 m2 bedroom on the first floor and an en-suite private bathroom/WC (4.5 m2). Low electromagnetic field levels in this house. Ethernet cable provided on the desk. If needed, I can show the tenant how to enable the Wi-Fi. When going to bed, tenants are requested to put their mobile phones in aeroplane mode and turn off the Wi-Fi if it is enabled. This house accommodates 2 tenants. I do not accept smokers. No phone calls after 22:00. Bus 6 minutes' walk away to the station/University Orsay Paris-Saclay, the Supelec plateau and all Paris-Saclay schools, Massy/Palaiseau station, or Ulis 2 shopping centre. Courtaboeuf business park is a 5-minute walk away. Grand Frais, Picard and La Vie Claire shops are a 3-minute walk away. Ulis shopping centre is a 17-minute walk away. Chinese restaurant 3 minutes' walk away, Moroccan restaurant (also takeaway) 7 minutes' walk away.
