WiFi network, bathroom with shower, separate wc.
Free parking, meals on request. (dinner only and breakfast for 10€ Decreasing rate for students.) for other tenants 15€
A regular bus service for Tours and its suburbs near the house,
In addition we are near the Trousseau Hospital and the school of nurses about 10 minutes walk.
A request for housing allowance for the school year is possible and accepted.
