Easy parking on the property. Monthly rental for interns, holidaymakers, or students. All appliances in the common areas can be used with respect for the household (washing machine, kitchen, etc.). The room is equipped with a cupboard with a wardrobe and shelves. The host is a 52-year-old man with a 10-year-old child in shared custody. The room offered was previously his other child's room, who has moved away for their studies. The room is available for a woman, due to a girl living in the house.
