This private furnished room of 13.5 m² accommodates one person, with a 140 cm double bed, desk, and television. The living areas, kitchen, two bathrooms, terraces, and garden are shared. The host does not live on-site. For six years, I have been providing houses where people can settle in and feel at home. Maintenance, furniture, and amenities are updated over time with the support of local partners. Everyone maintains their independence while respecting the comfort of others.
