Located between Dol-de-Bretagne (10 km away) and Dinan, two very beautiful medieval towns, about 20 km from the coast, Saint-Malo, and Cancale, and 40 km from Mont-Saint-Michel, I am offering a room for 1 or 2 people (140 cm bed). The bathroom, with a shower and WC, is located on the landing. You have the option to use the kitchen or benefit from the breakfast service. You will be able to enjoy a very sunny garden. Parking is available at basement or ground level, with a garage potentially available. I have just moved into this house and some light decorative work is pending. This is why I am offering an advantageous rate. This accommodation is situated in a town offering all amenities: bakery, pharmacy, doctors, supermarket, etc.
