Hello, Located 100m from the Alexandre Denis Vocational High School, I am offering a room upstairs in a 135m² detached house with a private garden and secure parking space. The room is furnished: wardrobe, desk with chair, two bedside tables, a mobile table, shoe rack, mini-freezer, and Wi-Fi access. Bed sheets are not provided. The upstairs bathroom is to be cleaned by the occupants on a rotational basis, or you can choose to add cleaning fees. You will have access to a shared bathroom (between 11:30pm and 6am: please respect quiet hours, no bathing), an equipped kitchen for reheating meals, as well as a 40m² living room. I work from home. Two dogs and a cat live on the premises all year round. The property is located 100m from a bus stop, a 15-minute walk from the La Ferté-Alais RER D station, and a 15-minute drive from the Bouray RER C station.
