We are offering a ROOM in a shared house for a roommate who is not allergic to cats (2-3 times a year) as there is one in the house occasionally. We particularly value someone who is DISCREET, CLEAN, independent, and who WILL NOT DAMAGE THE HOUSE. The atmosphere in the house is QUIET and must remain so.
Smoking is permitted but OUTSIDE, in the GARDEN.
For the handover of the keys, we require a copy of your identity document, passport...
A one-month security deposit is MANDATORY and NON-NEGOTIABLE. Please note that we are not eligible for housing assistance (APL). Having a guarantor (with their contact information) is a plus.

Très belle maison. Avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Très calme. Petite cour intérieur et vérandas un plus, au printemps. La campagne proche de la ville avec toutes les commodités à 5 minutes (centre commercial). Seul bémol, la liaison internet.
C'est une maison très agréable. Elle possède toutes les commodités nécessaire. Cindy est très gentille et serviable. Je recommande à 100 %.
