Looking for a female student or young worker roommate to complete my shared accommodation located less than a two-minute walk from Avon train station. Your Room: I am a 21-year-old graphic arts student with interests in art, music, nature and sports, loving cats (Neptune, my cat is part of the shared accommodation). Your Room: Large, bright room of 20 m2 on the first floor with a double bed (new bedding), dressing room, desk and storage. The Common Area: Large open space of 45 m2 with equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven), living room (large TV) and dining room with pellet stove, shared bathroom, two toilets. Outside: Large garden of 700 m2 with fruit trees and terrace. Expectations: Caring, clean and respectful roommate. Lease and price: One-year renewable furnished shared accommodation lease. 600 euros / Month. (APL can go up to €200 because I haven't applied for it.)
