Our brand new house (2024) is located in the heart of the Gustave Eiffel University and the Grandes Ecoles (ENPC, ENSG, ESIEE, School of Osteopathy, School of Architecture...). The RER A, the future metro line 15 of Greater Paris and the A4 are easily accessible. Tennis club 5 minutes walk away.
Each accommodation is brand new and has been tastefully decorated by an architect. The rooms are furnished (bed / desk / chair / dressing room), have a PRIVATE toilet and bathroom (rare) and the kitchen is fully equipped (fridge-freezer, induction hob, microwave, dishes, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher). The rent including charges varies from 650 to 650 euros all inclusive depending on the size of the room and the services. The charges include: cold and hot water, electricity, heating, cleaning of common areas, WiFi, maintenance of green spaces in eco-grazing.
