Propriétaire malhonnête. Mouhamadou m'avait assuré que le clic clac était confortable, ce qui m'avait décidé à réserver pour 20 nuits, or c'est une catastrophe. La seule chose assurée c'est le mal de dos. Les équipements sont vétustes, notamment la vaisselle qui est quasi inexistante et en très mauvais état (la bouilloire est moisie etc). La VMC fait un bruit d'enfer. Impossible de dormir dans ce studio. J'ai alors déclaré un litige puisque c'est le seul moyen d'annuler une réservation et d'être en partie remboursé. Mouhamadou m'a demandé de l'annuler, me promettant qu'on trouverait un arrangement à l'amiable et qu'il me rembourserait une partie du séjour. Je lui ai rendu les clés dans les plus brefs délais et il s'est contenté d'encaisser l'argent des 20 nuits sans aucun geste de dédommagement (je n'ai passé qu'une seule nuit dans le studio). Je n'aurais pas dû lui faire confiance, je n'aurais pas dû annuler le litige. Son studio mériterait une inspection. Je ne pensais pas qu'une telle injustice serait possible sur roomlala.
Mouhamadou est très respectueux, gentil, toujours à l'écoute. Studio impeccable et très propre. Merci beaucoup pour le séjour. 😄 Je recommande avec grand plaisir.
