We offer for rent a single room of 11m² furnished (double bed, wardrobe, desk) with high-speed internet and access to an adjoining semi-private bathroom (bathtub, sink and WC). The room is located on the first floor of a 150m² family house. You will have access to:

- laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, drying rack and freezer
- Exterior: landscaped garden of 200 m² with swimming pool
- Garage to store bikes and scooters.

- 2 minutes walk from the Achard stop (Tram B - Bordeaux center in 10 minutes, Bordeaux Victoire and Bordeaux Pessac university campuses)
