Furnished and clean room for one person, in very good condition. It is equipped with carpeting, a double bed, a bedside table, two desks, a bookcase, storage space, and a wardrobe. You have the freedom to decorate the room according to your desires and tastes. Bed and bathroom linens are provided, and you have access to a washing machine. In addition to your room, you are free to use the other common areas of the house, which are fully furnished: a kitchen equipped with personal shelving, cupboards, and a refrigerator, a dining room, a living room, a bathroom with a personal shelving unit, and a small garden. The living room/office is exclusively reserved for the landlady's personal use.

This cohabitation is established in simplicity and tranquility with a friendly, artistic, cultured, and attentive 68-year-old landlady. It is intended for a young adult, a student, intern, or young employee, whose school or work hours fall during the day. We are looking for a friendly, respectful, clean, tidy, problem-free, simple, and at least somewhat self-sufficient person with a secure and sufficient income. Smokers are welcome, but we cannot accommodate our animal friends as two adorable cats already reside in the house.
