Furnished bedroom with a double bed, storage space, and an adjoining private bathroom (shower, etc.), benefiting from natural light. Everything is ready to welcome you.
Close to public transportation and parking.
The common areas, shared with myself and my dog, include a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, two toilets, as well as a garden and a terrace. I am an open-minded and friendly person in my early fifties.
The environment is quiet, surrounded by green spaces and close to public transportation (bus, metro), with parking available.
I work as a freelancer, working from home two days a week, with occasional travel.
I am looking for a respectful person to share this space. Financial conditions are to be discussed depending on the terms of the rental.
