The bedrooms are separated by the kitchen, which makes the spaces well insulated. The kitchen is shared by both bedrooms.
Access to independent laundry room and possibility of having an outdoor space if monthly period.
Rented in priority to a working person and for a defined period.
Public transport 5 minutes walk to the train station and the university of La Garde.
