Furnished room of 13 m² for rent in a large 220 m² house in the countryside, located 15 minutes from Chaumont and Bologne. It's a quiet area. A car is essential, but parking is easy and free.
You will have unrestricted access to the entire house, the large garden, and the patio.
The kitchen, bathroom, living room, and two toilets are shared.
You will have Wi-Fi, access to the washing machine, and all kitchen appliances.
The house is shared with other housemates (maximum 3), currently 2 and myself (and the cat, Sissou).
We all work, often at different times, so there's no waiting for the bathroom, toilet, or to cook.
You are free to come and go as you please; you will have your own key.
