I was overall satisfied with the accomodation which provided a cozy home for my 3,5 month long erasmus stay. The location is perfect with a supermarket right across the street and a 10 minute walk to the city center. I also appreciated the access to the basement, where it was possible to safely park a bicycle. The communication with the landlord was without any problem. As far as cleanliness is concerned, when I arrived it was obvious that the apartment had undergone basic cleaning however, there was dust on the upper surfaces in the room as well as on the cuppboards in the kitchen that were also greasy on top. A weekly cleanup of the common areas was promised by the landlord which was not fulfilled. Other than that I was very happy with this accomodation :)
