I'm happy to welcome you to my 105m² house, not far from the Euroteleport station (tram, metro line 2, and several bus stations).

- 1 furnished and comfortable bedroom (lockable), with a double bed + bedside table + 1 desk + chair + lamp + wardrobe...

1 shower.

Ironing board and iron on the same floor + Bluetooth ceiling light.

Here, it's the hot water (boiler) and not the water heater (we don't fight to be the last one in the shower 😁😉...)

Wi-Fi included.
If you know you don't like cleaning your room and the second floor... refrain from offering to do so!
I have a rule: I never go into people's rooms without their knowledge, and I also don't appreciate kitchen cupboards or other items containing other people's food being searched, or worse, "stealed" 😱; it breaks trust!

People with addictions (drugs, alcohol, etc.) are refused 😉.
