Nelly est très gentille et toujours joignable s'il y a des soucis ou des problèmes. Elle a des animaux, deux chats qui sont la plupart du temps dans la cuisine ou dans le jardin, et un chien qui est chez elle dans son salon. A cause des animaux, ce n'est pas trop trop propre, surtout la cuisine, mais on a la possibilité de cuisiner dans la chambre si on ne veut pas utiliser la cuisine. La communication était très facile.

Une femme de ménage vient les lundis nettoyer les parties communes, cuisine, WC et salle d'eau, ce qui n'est donc pas à faire à tour de rôle.
En effet, avec les chats, pour cuisiner, il faut nettoyer la tablette car moi je rentre tard mais il y a de quoi cuisiner dans la chambre
