Located on the second floor without a lift in the heart of Gisors town centre, we invite you to join our shared housing. You will have a private bedroom furnished with a single bed, a wardrobe, shelving, a desk, a chair and a lounge chair. You will have access to all communal areas: the entrance hall, kitchen, laundry room, toilet and shower room. We are a family of four, including two minor children, and are the hosts living on-site. The flat can accommodate up to four co-tenants, each with their own lockable private bedroom. Access to the accommodation is subject to the signing of an individual lease for a primary residence, eligible for housing benefit (APL) or intended for a student for the academic year (sixth-form student in Gisors or apprenticeship in Gisors, as daily transport is not suitable for the Paris region).
