In a large, quiet and leafy villa, I offer for rent a furnished 14 m² room, approximately 460 x 310 cm, located on the 2nd floor. This room is one of three available on this floor and includes:
- A 180 x 200 cm futon bed, a large wardrobe, a nightstand, and shelves.
- A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, with immediate access (the door is right next door).
- Access to a private space on the mezzanine floor, equipped with a sofa, television, Wi-Fi, and an insulating slatted curtain, ensuring optimal privacy.
- The kitchen and living room are shared with the owner, and a washing machine is available in the basement.
- A large wooded garden with a terrace, hammock, and an outdoor dining area, perfect for summer.
Atmosphere and Living Environment:
- The environment is very calm and unspoiled.
- My two adult children (20 and 24) are occasionally present.
- A climbing gym in the basement is available for climbing enthusiasts.
- Musicians are welcome; I play guitar myself.
